Make a plan

Plans fall apart in the group chat. Rangle pulls them together.

Everyone says what works for them, what they'd change and what they could take on. Rangle turns it into one plan: the choices the group settled, what's still open, and who offered to do what.

Free while we're in early access. Takes a few minutes to set up. Participants don't need an account.

One chat per person, all at once

The spring cleanup is on. What could you help with?

I can bring my truck for the heavy stuff, Saturday morning only.

Plan

Example

Riverside spring cleanup: Saturday, April 12

41 volunteers took part

  • Who offered to do what: trucks, gloves, snacks
  • Where to meet, and which stretch to clear first
  • Still to decide: a rain date

How it works

Three steps, and Rangle does most of the work.

  1. Say what you need

Describe it in a sentence or two. Rangle drafts the questions and settings, and you change anything you like.

  2. Everyone has a short chat

Share one link or QR code. Each person talks it through with Rangle in about 5 minutes, on their phone, whenever suits them. No meeting to schedule, no account.

  3. Get a plan

The choices the group settled, what's still open, and who offered to take on what. People are named next to a task only if they say yes.

What it does

The same short chats, and the result you need.

Made for groups too big for a group chat

From 10 people to a few hundred, online over a few days or live in the room.

Everyone heard, in a fraction of the time.

Meetings hear from the loudest few. Surveys get checkboxes, not reasons. Rangle talks with every person, then counts carefully.

  • Everyone takes part

Not just whoever talks most or makes it to the meeting. Minority views and one-person ideas worth a look are called out, not averaged away.

  • Days, not weeks

People take part side by side, in about 5 minutes each. No meetings to schedule and no 200-reply email thread to untangle.

  • Accurate, not vibes

Rangle asks follow-up questions, so you get the reasons, not just checkboxes. When it says “22 of 25 people,” it counted them, and every quote is checked against what people actually said.

  • Honest, because it's private

You see who took part, never what each person said, so people say what they really think. Nobody edits the results.

Leave with a plan and the people to carry it out.
